Delivery Radius
All Online Orders are restricted to a delivery radius broken into two territories:
- Melbourne Metro areas
- Greater Melbourne areas
During checkout, if you opt for delivery, you must provide a shipping address, including the postcode. If your shipping address belongs to any of the two territories, the relevant shipping charge will be added to your order.
If your Shipping Address POSTCODE is outside our two territories, don’t worry. You can Contact Us at 03 9354 2633 or via email at sales@roofingoptions.com.au. We will do our best to arrange a delivery solution wherever possible.
Delivery Costs
Melbourne Metro Areas
- If your order includes bulky items such as roof sheets, skylights, or garden beds, you will be charged a flat rate of $110.00, inclusive of GST for the entire order
- For orders that only contain small items like screws, infill strips, and noise tape, there is a flat rate charge of $25.00, which includes GST per order
Greater Melbourne Areas
- If your order includes bulky items such as roof sheets, skylights, or garden beds, you will be charged a flat rate of $150.00, inclusive of GST for the entire order
- For orders that only contain small items like screws, infill strips, and noise tape, there is a flat rate charge of $25.00, which includes GST per order
Delivery Lead Times
Your order’s delivery date and time depend on several factors, including the date and time you placed your order and the mix of products within your order. Our sales team will contact you to confirm the delivery time after placing your order.
To help you with delivery date estimates, please review the following Product Categories. Please note that these times are meant to provide guidance only and may vary due to third-party stock levels and availability.
Here are the Estimated Delivery Lead Times for our products from the time we receive your order:
- Polycarbonate Roofing: 1-3 working days
- Polycarbonate Roofing Accessories: 1-3 working days
- Velux Skylights: 2-3 working days
- Raised Garden Beds: up to 20 working days.
Our sales team will contact you via email to confirm your delivery date. We make every effort to deliver orders during our regular operational hours from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm. However, unforeseen events may arise that could cause delays. Please rest assured that we will promptly inform you of any delays.
