Convenience With A Built-In Rain Sensor

The VELUX VSE Electric Skylight range is a Premium Skylight solution with the addition of an internally mounted rain sensor. The rain sensor is exposed to the elements once the skylight is open and will automatically close the skylight if and when rain is detected. A wireless keypad is included as standard for ease of use.

With 9 sizes to choose from, the VELUX Electric Skylight is only available for pitched roof designs with a slope between 15-90 degrees.

Pre-installed Insect Screens are also included as standard so you will not have to worry about insects entering your home via an open VELUX Electric Skylight during the warmer months.

White painted interior wood frame and sash.
Outer aluminium cappings (grey).
Complete with pre-installed electric motor, control system & rain sensor.
Simple to install – 2 metre lead (supplied) plugs into powerpoint.
Smooth, low profile sits lower in the roof, does not obstruct the roofline.
Choice of 9 sizes. Insect screen fitted as standard.
Complete with flashings for corrugated iron or tile roofs.
High-Performance double glazing as standard, with NEAT™ outer coating, reduces cleaning frequency.
Approx 80% Heat Block.

MODEL: VCM – MANUALLY OPERATED

Maintenance free – White PVC interior frame for a tough interior finish
High Performance double glazing as standard, with NEAT™outer coating: reduces cleaning frequency
Includes removable insect screen
Outer aluminium cappings (grey)
Available in 6 sizes
Operated by winder handle for within-reach situations or by rod for out-of-reach use. (sold separately)
Requires custom-made flashing (not supplied by VELUX)
Approx 75% heat block.
